Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage billing operations and support collections efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage subscription billing operations and ensure customer account accuracy
• Oversee the end-to-end billing lifecycle, including contract reviews and invoice generation
• Respond to billing-related inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Accounts Receivable, billing, or related accounting experience
• Familiarity with accounting system NetSuite
• Experience with Salesforce to support billing accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and managing large datasets
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
