Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Accounts Receivable function by processing receivables and resolving payment issues
• Conduct day-to-day invoice processing and quality checks to ensure compliance with AR guidelines
• Communicate with various internal teams to enhance customer billing satisfaction and revenue recognition

Required Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or equivalent experience
• Analytical and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
