Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable & Revenue Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end revenue operations, including generating quotes, invoices, and tracking receivables
• Take ownership of client accounts receivable by reconciling discrepancies and improving collection timelines
• Collaborate with the accounting team to support accurate and timely revenue reporting

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in accounting roles focused on Accounts Receivable and Revenue Operations
• Proven experience managing the full revenue cycle from quoting to cash collections
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Stripe
• Familiarity with startup accounting practices
• Full professional fluency in English
