Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an A/R & Revenue Specialist to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts receivable lifecycle, including billing, collections, and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with GAAP for revenue recognition and assist with month-end close processes
• Develop strong relationships with customers and proactively follow up on overdue accounts

Required Qualifications

• Strong foundation in accounting fundamentals and GAAP knowledge
• Experience with accrual accounting and month-end close processes
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and experience with ERP systems
• Experience in preparing journal entries and strong data reconciliation skills
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and lookups
