Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and deliver billing/invoicing for high volume customers
• Manage customer portal invoice automation and reconcile transactions in ERP
• Support collections with overdue accounts and perform maintenance on customer accounts

Required Qualifications

• Preferred two or four-year degree in Accounting or related field
• 4+ years of experience in transactional and financial processes
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and ERP/accounting software
• Strong analytical skills and ability to detect and troubleshoot issues
• Good organizational skills and self-motivated with minimal supervision
