Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the accounts receivable process.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices based on customer contracts and shipment details
• Monitor accounts for payment activity and follow up on overdue invoices
• Assist in reconciling customer accounts and resolving billing discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
• Proficiency in Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work a schedule that overlaps with US team hours
