Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable and Revenue Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and contractual performance on studies
• Maintain relationships and act as a liaison between the clinical team and Sponsor/Contract Research Organization (CRO)
• Conduct month-end processes, including revenue recognition and Accounts Receivable reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Experience in Clinical Research with knowledge of medical terminology and drug development services preferred
• Understanding of the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) CRIO preferred
• Ability to interpret contract payment terms
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft products (especially Excel and Outlook)
