Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist (Remote, Pacific Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer service inquiries via email and phone
• Research accounts with past due balances and make outbound efforts to collect payments
• Document customer interactions using the internal CRM software platform

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of collections experience
• Minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable experience
• Proficient with MS Office 365 suite
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of education
• Ability to work from 8:00am to 4:00pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday
