Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support their AR department through cash applications and credit accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process cash applications within the Aderant system
• Investigate and resolve unidentified or unapplied cash receipts
• Manage internal requests and inquiries through ServiceNow

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AR Specialist
• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and 10-key typing
• Aderant experience is required
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
