Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist who enjoys problem-solving and building professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts for non-payment and manage aged receivables
• Make 30+ outbound calls daily regarding outstanding balances
• Create and maintain aging reports for assigned franchise locations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to learn new systems (NetSuite experience a plus, not required)
• Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
• Professional, solution-oriented mindset
