Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage billing, cash receipts, and collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process sales orders and issue invoices in a timely manner
• Act as the primary point of contact for client billing inquiries and monitor aging reports
• Participate in the month-end close process, including account reconciliation

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in a multi-entity organization, preferably in professional services
• Familiarity with NetSuite or other cloud-based accounting platforms
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
