Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist III.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve past-due balances and discrepancies for strategic customer accounts
• Post daily cash receipts and review unapplied cash and open credits
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cash flow

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in finance, accounting, or business preferred
• Minimum 4 years' experience in finance/accounting or related industry
• Proven ability to perform in-depth analysis and research across multiple systems
• Competency with Microsoft Office, clerical software, and ERP systems
• Ability to manage high volumes of transactions and meet deadlines
