Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative responsible for managing unpaid invoices and ensuring effective claim processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review ETM worklist to identify potential problem areas and unpaid claims
• Contact carriers to inquire about unpaid claims through various channels
• Analyze AR trends and report errors affecting claim processing

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum two years of medical billing experience preferred, focusing on research and claim denials
• Knowledge of physician billing and health care reimbursement, particularly Medicare and Medicaid
• Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
