Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative, Remote, Full Time, Day.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage timely and accurate billing and collections from insurance carriers and other agencies
• Focus on skilled nursing and assisted living billing, with potential to handle self-pay and ancillary services
• Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Business Services team to ensure effective patient-focused care

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of recent experience in a healthcare environment with a focus on reimbursement and collections
• Experience with insurance contracts and Medicare/Medicaid regulations
• College-level coursework or training in medical front office or medical billing is preferred
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) is preferred
