Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Field Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned AR aging with a focus on 61+ day balances and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
• Conduct detailed payment research to identify discrepancies and resolve payment issues
• Collaborate with regional Operations teams to improve processes and drive collections

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
• 3-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify issues
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
