Key Responsibilities

• Manage the billing of insurance claims and resolve issues affecting outstanding accounts receivable
• Demonstrate knowledge of insurance billing regulations and payer practices
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to improve processes continuously

Required Qualifications

• Five years of experience in billing or resolving insurance accounts receivable
• Experience in adjudicating insurance claims and processing electronic payment remittances
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Healthcare certification from an accredited program may substitute for two years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft products, especially Excel
