Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative to manage customer accounts and ensure timely collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts and identify aged receivables
• Contact customers to secure timely payments and handle billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and support additional AR and collections tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior customer service experience is preferred
• Experience with outbound calls or collections is a plus
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and tools
