Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist - RCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage denial processes and follow up on appeals to various payers
• Resolve open claims through refiling, appealing, or manual review
• Identify denial patterns and participate in process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of accounts receivable experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of insurance processing and payer guidelines
• General understanding of medical terminology and coding (CPT, ICD-10, ASA)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
