Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist - Deductions.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify invoicing discrepancies and research customer claims by collaborating with various departments and customers
• Dispute invalid deductions and follow up with customers for documentation or repayment
• Provide regular updates to management on account portfolio status and ensure accurate claims reporting

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of high-volume Accounts Receivable and deduction resolution experience
• Basic accounting knowledge including credits/debits and general ledger
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Experience with ERP systems and a consumer products background
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
