Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage denial processes and follow up on appeals with payers
• Resolve open claims and assist in process improvement initiatives
• Provide training support and identify denial patterns for management escalation

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of accounts receivable experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of insurance processing and payer policies
• General understanding of medical terminology and coding (CPT, ICD-10, ASA)
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
