Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

Accounts Receivable Specialist is a full-time position responsible for managing the revenue cycle through invoicing, cash application, and customer account management while ensuring accurate accounts receivable records.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and review credit applications for financial risk
• Process customer payments and reconcile accounts while addressing discrepancies
• Analyze receivables aging balance and coordinate with customers for timely payments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of directly related experience
• Experience in accounts receivable or a customer-focused industry
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
• Experience reconciling customer portals and managing deductions
• Strong customer service orientation and positive work ethic
