Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

Accounts Receivable Specialist, a full-time temporary position in the automotive industry, responsible for performing reconciliations, processing electronic funds transfers, and collecting overdue amounts to support the Accounts Receivable team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly reconciliations for various non-dealer accounts
• Publish dealer statements and process electronic funds transfers at month-end
• Prepare and deliver monthly AR Securitization reports while managing account collections

Required Qualifications

• Experience with accounts receivable and reconciliation processes
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
