Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

Managing and monitoring receivables, the full-time remote Accounts Receivable Specialist will prepare and process invoices, ensure timely payments, and resolve account discrepancies in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage aged accounts receivable and ensure timely collection efforts
• Proactively follow up on upcoming and past-due invoices while maintaining accurate documentation
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies, invoice disputes, and short payments

Required qualifications

• Strong background in accounting with a focus on accounts receivable
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Dynamics and Acumatica
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability in negotiation and communication
