Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

To support the finance team, the full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage monthly invoicing and collections, ensuring high-volume billing accuracy and maintaining client relationships in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborating with service departments to conduct high-volume monthly billing
• Applying customer payments and managing collections to meet AR aging targets
• Preparing AR reports and assisting with monthly closing and annual audits

Required qualifications

• An Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in an accounting environment
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in NetSuite
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
