Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the finance team in its daily operations, the full-time remote Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage cash receipts, handle aging reports, and perform monthly reconciliations to ensure smooth departmental functioning.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately apply payments and record cash receipts
• Manage aging reports and perform monthly bank account reconciliations
• Provide support for external auditors and assist business-facing teams in maximizing revenue generation

Required qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred, or 2+ years of related work experience
• Experience with Oracle is a plus
• Intermediate or expert skills with MS Excel
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines
• Must be highly accurate and detail-oriented
