Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

Providing Accounts Receivable and Collections services to mid to large-market customers, the full-time Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist will act as an expert advisor, managing billing inquiries, resolving complex issues, and performing various Accounts Receivable activities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for billing and collection inquiries from business partners
• Efficiently perform moderate to complex Accounts Receivable activities, including billing, cash application, and reconciliation
• Analyze customer requirements and provide recommendations for billing strategies and structures

Required qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in Account Service or Banking/Accounts Receivable
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• One year of experience in an ERP-based Accounts Receivable environment preferred
• Active Accounts Receivable Specialist Certification preferred
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and familiarity with SAP preferred
