Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist will research payer websites for billing information, identify issues with assigned payers, and ensure aged accounts receivable is managed according to standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Research payer websites to obtain correct billing information as needed
• Identify issues and trends with assigned payers
• Communicate with leadership and partner teams to ensure accurate processing of denials

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year or more work experience
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Access
