Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

To support accurate cash management, the part-time Accounts Receivable Specialist will maintain financial records, facilitate collections, and provide customer service while operating in multiple insurance-based accounting platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Providing customer service to both external and internal teams
• Posting incoming cash streams through multiple high-volume bank accounts
• Monitoring aged receivables and facilitating collections

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or two to three years of related experience and/or training
• Minimum of one year experience in Accounts Receivables
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
