Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a high-energy, metric-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist - Deductions to work full-time in a remote capacity, responsible for resolving deduction issues, processing credit memos, and maintaining customer accounts within a fast-paced, goal-oriented team.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the validity of invoicing discrepancies by researching customer claims and collaborating with various departments
• Dispute invalid deductions and follow up with customers to obtain necessary documentation or repayment
• Provide regular updates to management on account status and ensure accurate reporting of claims

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of high-volume Accounts Receivable and deduction resolution experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Basic accounting knowledge, including credits/debits and general ledger
• Experience with ERP systems and consumer products
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a changing environment
