Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end billing cycle, the contract Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage automated invoicing workflows, handle collections, and optimize cash application processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review closed-won opportunities in Salesforce and trigger automated billing runs in NetSuite
• Configure and monitor automated billing schedules and dunning workflows for overdue accounts
• Proactively track and resolve failed electronic invoice deliveries to client e-procurement portals

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite AR modules and automated billing engines
• Proficiency in Salesforce, including auditing customer contracts and updating collection status notes
• Experience managing automated billing schedules and troubleshooting electronic delivery workflows
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles for effective communication of financial discrepancies
