Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Revenue Cycle Team, the full-time remote Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage end-to-end revenue cycle processes, handle billing and collections, and collaborate across clinical and financial areas.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage revenue cycle processes from billing to collections and denial management
• Identify and resolve issues impacting revenue performance
• Analyze metrics and reports to enhance operational efficiency and ensure adherence to best practices

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma; College degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of Hospital and/or Physician Accounts Receivable Billing experience
• Experience with claims follow-up and denial management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook; familiarity with Epic and various billing systems preferred
• Experience with Veterans Administration payers preferred
