Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

Resolving customer past-due accounts, the remote Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage full cycle accounts receivable transactions, reporting, and analysis while embracing new challenges and opportunities for career growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for cash applications and full cycle AR activities for foreign currency customers
• Resolve AR related adjustments and prepare analytics for weekly reporting of invoice totals and aging totals
• Identify and implement process improvements across AR functions and perform general ledger account reconciliations

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED with a general understanding of accounting principles
• 3+ years of related accounts receivable experience, with exposure to credit analysis preferred
• Advanced skill set in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively
• Team player with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
