Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

Providing expert Accounts Receivable and Collections services to mid to large-market customers, the full-time Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist will work remotely, managing billing inquiries, performing complex account reconciliations, and resolving payment issues while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for billing and collection inquiries, resolving complex issues for internal and external partners
• Perform moderate to complex Accounts Receivable activities, including billing, cash application, and customer research
• Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with teams to recommend solutions for billing and receivables strategies

Required qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Banking
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• One year of experience in an ERP-based Accounts Receivable environment preferred
• Active Accounts Receivable Specialist Certification preferred
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and familiarity with SAP preferred
