Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

To support a fast-growing digital marketing agency, the full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage billing, cash receipts, and collections remotely, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process sales orders and issue invoices while ensuring alignment with client contracts
• Act as the primary point of contact for client billing inquiries, resolving disputes and monitoring overdue accounts
• Participate in the month-end close process, including account reconciliation and preparing AR aging reports for senior management

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity organization
• Proficiency in NetSuite or other cloud-based accounting platforms, along with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience in handling high-volume transactions and managing multiple priorities
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision
