Job Summary

Requiring a high level of payment research, the fully remote Accounts Receivable Specialist will reconcile payments received to payments posted, establish website access for payment remittances, and generate client-specific reports.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile payments received to payments posted and provide detailed explanations for discrepancies
• Establish website access for payment remittances and provide instructions to Payment Posting Teams
• Respond to customer inquiries and collaborate with teams to meet client-specific deadlines

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years of business office experience in payment transactions or reconciliation
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism regarding company and client information
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage multiple demands effectively
