Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Nusil Credit & Collection team, the full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage customer payment collections, resolve account discrepancies, and maintain accurate account balances while working remotely in California.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to collect payments on outstanding invoices and provide necessary documentation
• Monitor aging reports to track delinquent accounts and follow up as required
• Resolve billing disputes by collaborating with Commercial and Customer Care teams

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, cash applications, or corporate accounting
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookups
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Ability to manage difficult situations and work under pressure
