Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

To support and optimize end-to-end accounts receivable processes, the full-time remote Accounts Receivable Operations Specialist will manage collections, ensure payment application accuracy, and identify process improvement opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review AR aging reports and perform invoice, payment, and credit reconciliations
• Oversee daily payment application processes, ensuring timely and accurate transaction postings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable operations or a similar finance role
• Strong understanding of AR processes, payment application, and reconciliation
• Experience reconciling digital wallet payments (e.g., Cash App, PayPal, Venmo) is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze financial data
