Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

Providing expert Accounts Receivable and Collections services to mid-to-large-market customers, the full-time Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist will work remotely to manage billing inquiries, resolve complex issues, and perform detailed accounts reconciliation and cash application activities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for billing and collection inquiries from internal and external partners
• Efficiently perform moderate to complex Accounts Receivable activities, including billing, cash application, and account reconciliation
• Analyze customer requirements and provide recommendations for billing and collections strategies

Required qualifications

• Two to four years of Accounts Receivable or Banking experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Experience in an ERP-based Accounts Receivable environment preferred
• Active Accounts Receivable Specialist Certification preferred
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and familiarity with SAP preferred
