Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the full billing and collections lifecycle, the full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage subscriptions, payment processing, and client communications while working remotely during Eastern Time Zone business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage recurring subscriptions in HubSpot Commerce and generate invoices at scale
• Reconcile HubSpot Commerce activity against QuickBooks to ensure transaction accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Serve as the primary contact for client billing inquiries, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot Commerce, including subscription and invoice processing
• Proven experience reconciling billing platforms against QuickBooks
• 4+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar finance operations role
• Comfortable managing high transaction volumes in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work full-time during Eastern Time Zone business hours
