Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Revenue Cycle Management Division, the full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist will process and post accounts receivable from assigned payers, utilizing various tools and systems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Process and post accounts receivable from all assigned payers within expected turnaround times
• Research payer websites for posting backup and identify issues and trends with assigned payers
• Communicate with leadership and partner teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of remittances

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year or more of experience in insurance, claims, cash posting, or accounts receivable
• 1 year or more of experience with Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
• 1 year or more of medical or healthcare experience
• 1 year or more of experience using Excel
