Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting regional Operations teams, the part-time Accounts Receivable Field Support Specialist will manage aging accounts receivable, resolve payment discrepancies, and drive timely collections while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned AR aging, focusing on 61+ day balances to ensure timely follow-up and resolution
• Conduct detailed payment research to identify discrepancies and root causes of non-payment
• Partner with regional Operations teams to remove payment barriers and improve collection processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial data
• Ability to maintain a high-volume workload efficiently and timely
