Accounts Receivable Specialist
Job Summary
Owning the full billing and collections lifecycle, the full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage subscriptions, process payments, and reconcile financial records while working remotely during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage recurring subscriptions in HubSpot Commerce and generate invoices
- Reconcile HubSpot Commerce activity against QuickBooks to ensure transaction accuracy
- Serve as the point of contact for client billing questions and coordinate adjustments as needed
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with the HubSpot Commerce platform
- Proven experience reconciling billing platforms against QuickBooks
- 4+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar finance operations role
- Comfortable managing high transaction volume in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work full-time on Eastern Time Zone business hours
