Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

Managing accounts receivable functions for multiple skilled nursing facilities, the full-time Regional AR Resource will oversee billing, balance daily receipts, collect delinquent accounts, and prepare financial reports while working remotely from Ohio.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and train personnel involved in accounts receivable and resident funds
• Manage billing, balance daily receipts, and collect delinquent accounts
• Prepare financial and statistical reports as required

Required qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare or Accounts Receivable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
• Ability to read and interpret business documents and write reports
• Mathematical skills to apply concepts such as fractions and percentages
