Job Summary
Owning the full billing and collections lifecycle, the full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage subscriptions, payment processing, and client communications while working remotely during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage recurring subscriptions in HubSpot Commerce, including invoicing and payment link generation
- Reconcile HubSpot Commerce activity against QuickBooks to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client billing inquiries and disputes, ensuring prompt resolution
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with the HubSpot Commerce platform, including billing processes
- Proven experience reconciling billing platforms against QuickBooks
- 4+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar finance operations role
