Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing accounting team, the full-time remote Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage customer inquiries, oversee payment collections, and ensure sales tax compliance while collaborating with cross-departmental stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for all customer-related inquiries within accounting
• Manage billing and collections platforms, including Stripe and Fazeshift
• Collect sales tax exemption forms and assist with monthly sales tax reconciliations

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounting and/or accounts receivable
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and G Suite skills
• Experience working in a fully remote organization is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills for presenting information to stakeholders
