Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the Accounts Receivable and Revenue Specialist will manage billable expenses, oversee accounts receivable, and follow up on final study budget balances while collaborating closely with site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial and contractual performance on studies
• Invoice and apply payments from Sponsors/Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
• Conduct month-end processes, including revenue recognition and accounts receivable reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Experience in Clinical Research with knowledge of medical terminology and drug development services preferred
• Understanding of the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) CRIO preferred
• Ability to interpret contract payment terms
• Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
