Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Regional Accounting Team remotely, the full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage AR transaction processing, generate client invoices, and collaborate with local operations and corporate finance teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate client invoices/statements and maintain AR sub ledgers in accordance with GAAP and company policy
• Manage collections of all AR for assigned location(s) and respond to inquiries from the location leadership team
• Conduct analysis of contracts and contract billing to ensure appropriate revenue and cost recognition

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant hands-on accounts receivable transaction processing experience
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and experienced with NetSuite and QuickBooks
• Basic understanding of GAAP Accounting principles
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of detail orientation
• Bachelor's degree, associate's degree, or equivalent in a related discipline is a plus
