Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

Managing an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, the part-time Accounts Receivable Specialist will handle billing and collections, monitor aging balances, and drive proactive collections efforts in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and receivables
• Review aging reports and prioritize collection efforts
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and delayed payments

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable and/or billing experience
• Strong hands-on collections experience and customer communication skills
• Experience independently managing a portfolio of accounts
• Sage Intacct experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Excel, including data entry, sorting, and filtering
