Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly reconcile customer accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with customers regarding overdue invoices and collaborate with internal departments to address payment delays
• Investigate and address customer disputes and work with appropriate teams for resolution

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or finance
• Proficiency in accounting software and CRM systems
• Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
