Accounts Receivable Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant - A/R.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Accounts Receivable function and lead projects to enhance efficiency and customer experience
• Conduct thorough research to resolve complex customer inquiries and collaborate with internal departments to facilitate issue resolution
• Assist in the training of team members on new processes or systems and contribute to the development of AR policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience in collections within an enterprise environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics FO, Salesforce, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles related to credit and accounts receivable
• Project management skills, including defining scope, timelines, and resource management
